Some people at MSM wear many hats; they’re called upon to perform a variety of functions as we strive for excellence. One person who works behind the scenes in many different ways to make our lives at MSM and INT more pleasant is Lisa Dechter.
With the myriad projects Lisa works on, we see the results of her work even when we don’t see her working. Decorations for each holiday appear as if by magic. Donuts and apple cider are quietly whisked into the break area to celebrate Halloween; perhaps, if we’ve been nice, we’ll find treats there next week as well.
But, Lisa is not only about fun and games. She takes the role of our company’s community involvement very seriously as she makes sure that we, as a company, are actively involved in making our local community better by seeking situations where we can volunteer our time and efforts to make others’ lives better. Lisa was the person responsible for our involvement in the January blood drive and the Feed My Starving Children project among many others. Much of her work focuses on setting a positive company culture.
We’d like to congratulate Lisa on being named the November Employee of the month; we’re fortunate to have such a devoted company culturist.
